My name is Amanda Brooke. I am a third generation certified Life Coach. With over 20 years of experience, I help you learn to control your emotions so you can feel regulated in conversations that usually trigger you.

I went from getting my feelings hurt all the time, spiraling and obsessing to being solid and in control of my emotions.

→Staying quiet. Not commnicating my needs. Taking a backseat to my own life. Resigning. I basically made myself invisible. Thinking, this was just the way life was.

→I wasted so much time in my feelings rather than being present and happy in life. Lost, holding myself small, not believing in me. Repeating the same patterns over and over, I suffered instead of having healthy, connected relationships.

→Playing small. Not pushing myself for more and hiding what I am truley capable of. Suppressing my gifts and talents due to my own beliefs about myself but also not wanting others to feel treatened.
